Snowy Sunday

We woke up this morning to a winter wonderland! The snow was so beautiful. Rachel and Wes got out in the snow and played. Rachel asked for a "BIG" snowman this year. So, the World's Best Dad, got started right away! The two of them worked hard making "Frosty."

Love this Picture!

Rachel kept saying, " Mommy, Daddy and Me are having fun!"

Love this picture!! Love Wes' new Camera!

Finally, a good picture of mommy and Rachel.

Wes made a snow angel.

Merry Christmas Y'all!

Wes' family came in town on Christmas Eve. They loved hanging out with Rachel and getting ready for Christmas.

CHRISTMAS MORNING

Ready or not, here I come!!

A KITCHEN!!!

Let the unwrapping begin!

Rachel enjoyed opening all her gifts. She took her time opening and played as she went.

Wes gave me a new charm bracelet and an ipad! He did good!

Where's Rachel?

And to end the perfect Christmas....snow!

Countdown to Christmas

Well, as we count down the days to Christmas, the girls have been very entertaining. They have had a lot of fun in the evenings putting on "shows" and playing dress up. We've enjoyed watching their excitement.

Grammy has been very loved by all three girls. They all battle to get in her chair and sit on her lap. :)

Dinner Cruise

For Wes' birthday, I booked a dinner cruise on the lake. What a great time we had. We brought along some friends and enjoyed a wonderful dinner and night out. It was a night full of memories.

The yacht! It was so nice!

Happy Birthday Babe!

We celebrated Wes birthday with family and friends. Wes got a new camera for his birthday and has loved taking pictures. He has a great eye for pictures. We have been photographed a lot lately.
We went out to eat with the family. Rachel, Catherine, and Sophia enjoyed eating Christmas cookies for desert.

Yikes

Yikes, It's the middle of December, where has time gone?? I have lots of pictures to update you with. Enjoy.
Today, we went to Rachel's school to watch her Christmas parade. If you were to ask her what she was in the parade, she would tell you, "a box." :) Actually, she was a gift....a gift from God. It was so sweet. She did a great job in her parade!
RACHEL'S CHRISTMAS PARADE

Lots of proud parents and family members were at the parade.

BILLY GRAHAM CHRISTMAS
We went to the Billy Graham Library and rode on a carriage ride, saw a live nativity, and got to walk around. It was cold and raining. We had a good time!
At first, Rachel was not happy! She ate some crackers and then felt much better.

THANKSGIVING!
We had a great Thanksgiving with family. We ate a lot and shopped a lot. It was a nice break from the daily routines. We have so much to be thankful for.

Rachel made her Thanksgiving shirt at school.

She also made a Pilgrim (girl) hat.

GINGERBREAD TURKEY COOKIES WITH GRAMMY!
Rachel and Grammy made Gingerbread Turkey cookies for Thanksgiving. They were yummy. Rachel had to "test" the dough to make sure it tasted right. ;)

DATE WITH DAD
Rachel and Wes took a Saturday afternoon to check out a new museum in town. They seemed to have a great time. Rachel got to explore a lot of new things. She shopped in the grocery store, climbed the play area, was a doctor, and she put on a costume and performed on stage.

Rachel's big performance!

BATH TIME!
Rachel was playing in the bathtub and said, "Mommy- look,I'm a turtle!"

Rachel loves to hang out with her cousin, Alyssa.

MOUNTAINS WITH THE MARTIN'S
We went to the mountains with the Martin's at the end of October. It was cold.
The kids had fun!
